WCL completes first C3CA assessment in FE
We are delighted to report that Sussex Downs college has been the first Further Education provider to utilise WCL's C3CA Capability Assessment to help improve its Learner Journey management.
The assessment delivered a formal, evidence-based, quantified expert review of the college's "customer" management:
- Scoring and benchmarking customer operations and governance against good and best practice
- Gaps-to-benchmark were clearly pinpointed, with the underlying issues identified
- Practical recommendations were made for swift and thorough improvements to be made
The whole exercise was deployed in just a few weeks, and Melanie Hunt, Principal, said:
"Many thanks to WCL for your time and input given to us at Sussex Downs – we really appreciated the chance to pilot the tool, and to consider the learner journey from a different perspective. This has prompted us to consider roles and responsibilities, structures and processes and also – of course – cost benefit analysis.
