Cindy Bush, change management expert, has recently been appointed as a managing consultant to WCL. Originally from Canada, Cindy has been helping make change happen here in the UK with public and private sector clients. She has a wealth of experience and expertise in making change happen through people - defining and driving results through behaviours.
Cindy comes with world-class consulting pedigree and has numerous professional contributions in the area of change. She is also co-author of the leading Financial Times series ‘Project Managing Change’, to be published by FT Prentice Hall, in December 2008.

6 Nov 07 - The awarding winning Bridge
The DCSF's School Performance Unit (SPU) has won the Strategic Use of Analysis award at this year's Civil Service Award, for the work they have done on the 'Bridge'.
The Bridge is an innovative space in the London offices of DCSF that is designed to foster collaborative working and more informed decision making. WCL are proud to have worked with the DCSF in designing and building the Bridge, and delighted that SPU have been recognised for their work.

The Times Educational Supplement published on 12 October included an article about the 'Bridge', an operations room that WCL helped create and deliver for the Schools Directorate, DCSF.
