Facilitation

WCL are expert facilitators.

Many companies offer facilitation services and it’s a core skill that almost all managers and consultants will need at some point during their careers.

But how many times have you sat through a workshop facilitated by someone else thinking: “I’m really not enjoying this,” or, worse still: “Why am I here?” At WCL our facilitation skills are one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors and we work extremely hard to ensure that the sessions we run are as engaging, involving and diverting as possible. Our clients want to come to events we run because they know that not only will they deliver useful benefits for them but that they will also be in for an enjoyable experience.

We train all our staff in the skills necessary to run effective facilitated sessions. If you'd like to know more about how we do it, please read our White Paper which gives both some basic information and some of the hints and tips, based on many years experience, to enable them to be even more effective.

We’ve facilitated sessions with Government Ministers, Unions, head Teachers and journalists, and have worked with live broadcast and web-casting. We’re known for handling particularly difficult, emotive or sensitive sessions, including Social Work reform, Union negotiations, and working with food retailers and producers in the light of the horsemeat scandal.
