WCL have worked on every aspect of the Every Child Matters agenda in DCSF since the Green Paper in 2003.  As a result we have in-depth experience of working with clients in central, regional and local government in this area. We understand the policy context, the delivery chain, the challenges and ways of working from front-line service delivery through to central government strategy.
