WCL is a dynamic company specialising in helping large public and private sector organisations manage complex change. WCL was founded by Kieron White in 2002 following consulting career experience with Pcubed, Ernst & Young and CGEY working on major transformation programmes. He set up WCL with the aim of growing a company which would achieve his vision for helping large organisations achieve change.
