Ashley Semmens is a dynamic and experienced professional, whose primary focus areas have been facilitating change and improvement programmes for major Government and private sector clients. His global experience has included managing change at individual, team and organisational levels with international experience in management and senior advisory roles (United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, United States of America). His client sector experience has included education, property and construction, rail, utilities, security and financial services. Ashley’s key skills include change management, performance, the successful delivery of strategy and change initiatives and strategic planning. Previously a Director with Ernst & Young, Ashley is a great team player and programme manager as well as an exceptional facilitator and presenter.
