Dev’s experience over the last fifteen years has come from implementing complex Business & IT programmes in the public & private sector.  He has a formal consulting background with Supply Chain, IT, New Product Development, Business Transformation, and Delivery expertise.  His client sector experience includes central, regional, and local government, retail & investment banking, automotive, aerospace, utilities, and telecoms. His extensive business process reengineering and change management capability is augmented by Lean Working methodologies, full life cycle global IT implementation experience (CRM/ERP). Dev frequently provides strategic guidance and coaching at board level and translates requirements to programme/project level for implementation.  He builds strong relationships and trust at all levels of an organisation using exceptional interpersonal skills. Dev facilitates at all levels from individuals to large groups utilising leading practice in supporting people to achieve their goals.
