Jo Dawson's experience is spread across programme, project and change management within the Public and Private Sector. She has a proven track record of both advising on and delivering programmes from concept through to implementation, within challenging and often changing organisational environments.   Jo is a team player, experienced in challenging, facilitating and coaching teams and key individuals across all levels of both private and public sector organisations in order to deliver their goals. She has the analytical ability to convert complex demands for change into clear plans for delivery.    An excellent facilitator, she is flexible in her approach and can adapt quickly to different situations to achieve the client’s desired outcomes.
