Personalisation Service Line Lead

Kelly Gaddes is an experienced Social Care Consultant.  She has worked across a broad range of needs groups for both Adults and Children’s programmes.  She is an experienced frontline manager of services in both the statutory and voluntary sector.  Kelly has spent her career working with, and managing services for vulnerable people.  She has been the national lead for Special Needs at the Housing Corporation, worked on several hospital re-provision programmes, and has been the Director of a community Mental Health service.     Kelly leads WCL's specialist 'Personalisation' practice which helps clients respond to the Social Care transformation agenda.
