Managing Director

Kieron White is the founder and Managing Director of WCL. He specialises in the areas of strategy development and planning, and the design and delivery of large complex change programmes   Before establishing WCL, Kieron was a senior consultant in the programme management team of a big-five management consultancy and has extensive experience consulting in the Public Sector, Finance, Technology, and Automotive industries. He is highly experienced in recommending and implementing all aspects of programme management in organisations ranging from entire Government Departments, to smaller teams and divisions.   He regularly hosts and speaks at seminars on best practices in change management, and has designed and facilitated a vast number of conferences (including Ministerial conferences) and awaydays from 10–300 people.
