Suzanne’s experience has been gained across a wide range of disciplines including customer management, change management, PR and corporate communications, consultation and customer relations. She also spent 10 years in local government directing transformational customer change programmes.
Within local government, her key areas of experience include transformational change management, customer management, communications management, strategy development and planning, stakeholder management and people management.
