Eileen Milner

Eileen brings to WCL a track record as a senior leader in local government, higher education and in the commercial sector. She has provided advice to a wide range of organisations in Whitehall, health and local government.

An acknowledged thought leader in organisational design and change management, Eileen has excellent networks across both Whitehall and Westminster where she acts as a trusted adviser.

Her international experience is extensive. Eileen was involved in driving forward the public-service reform agendas in both Australia and Canada. She was also involved in developing the Institute for Government, an independent charity helping to improve government effectiveness, and retains a visiting link to this organisation.

Her published works include 'Lessons in leadership: The challenge of public service', 'Delivering the vision' and 'Managing information and knowledge in the public sector'.
